How to Download Facebook Videos on iPhone

This guide explains the simplest browser-based workflow for saving a public Facebook video on iPhone.

1. Open Facebook on iPhone

Find the public Facebook video you want to save in the app or browser.

Use Facebook's share menu and copy the full public video URL.

Go to the Facebook Video Downloader page in Safari on your iPhone.

Paste the link, process the video, and use Safari's normal download flow to save the file.

The video is private or restricted.
The copied URL is incomplete.
The file saves to Files first instead of Photos, depending on your Safari settings.

For standard Facebook videos, use the Facebook Video Downloader. If the content is a Reel, switch to the Facebook Reel Downloader.

Paste a public Facebook video link in Safari and save it using your iPhone's normal browser workflow.
